I took pictures through this tunnel of these books, they interested me. a really like the effect that the tunnel gave it. It really gave me a different point of view that i liked a lot. I tried many different things this week, maybe ill try to perfect some of the other ideas i had for this up coming week.

Mr. CHS!!

In this photo, I cropped the picture in her eye into a circle and then moved it to the center of her eye, now it looks like she's watching Mr. CHS =] 

I made the color in her eye more visually interesting, it was just kinda gray and "blah" before. So I added some color. I dodged the whites of her eyes as well, and in the overall picture I took out a little bit of the reds and yellows. 

SOOOO... these are all my pictures i took of Mr. CHS.

it was very hard to get and good not blurry pictures, because I didn't want to use my flash because I really don't like the lighting that flash gives a picture. So I just made my shutter speed longer, and because there is a lot of movement involved, many of the pictures are blurry. Oh and to top it all off, my camera died right after the synchronized swimming. So that really put a damper on my day... Overall I got a few nice pictures, but I wish I would have checked my battery, and I could have gotten more clear shots. For everything that happened though, I'd say I  did alright.

WEEK #4

This is Logan. Logan is two. He's a really happy kid. Ha, Ok so to the pictures... Well, a couple of them had a orangish tint to them, so I had to fix their levels, and the other ones I just played around with.  On the 4th one I blurred the background, and I'm not sure if I like it yet, cause it kinda looks blurry everywhere. =[ But other than that I think I like the way they turned out. :)

Week #3:

No but really, these are just some random pictures I decided to take for this week.

I've never really been a big studio picture taker. I don't like to set things up really (thats why you don't get a lot of those assignments) ha. K. So I thought I'd do something new for once. 

I really didn't do anything to these images, I tried messing with the levels and the Hue/Saturation, but in the end i liked them original the best. 

Week #2

 I took these pictures one night after school, and so I thought this could be my theme for the week, but there really weren't any other very good sunsets this week =/ they were all more gray than anything. But ill post some so you can see the gray anyways :( but its boring.

These I did not photoshop. The one above I just lightened.

These ones are actually a SunRISE that I took before school.

These photos I did not photoshop. The first one below I only cropped. The one above was photoshoped though, I Burnt the bottom of the picture out i felt it was too distracting, but when i cropped it out it just looked funny. So i just made it less noticeable.  

WEEK #1

 For these pictures I just used the burn tool to give a more dramatic look. I thought this would be an appropriate topic considering the theme of the week :)
